Meet Lola
One day, while searching for a dog to play sports with, I stumbled across a Facebook post about a Border Collie mix named Lola. The moment I saw her picture, I knew she was the one.
Lola is the oldest member of my pack and is now going on 10 years old. She’s officially retired from her Frisbee days, but those memories of us playing together will always be some of my favorites. These days, she enjoys a more relaxed lifestyle—lounging on the couch, rolling in the grass, and indulging in tasty treats.
Surprisingly, she’s also taken a liking to my new puppy, and it’s been heartwarming to see them play together. The pup seems to bring out a bit of Lola’s younger, playful spirit again.
Lola is truly the best dog I could’ve asked for. We’ve made countless memories together, and I’m grateful we still have more adventures ahead of us.
